A barge captain has been charged following the unprecedented closure of the Kap Shui Mun Bridge last year, after it was hit by a boat.
The 62-year-old is accused of endangering the safety of others at sea and will appear in Tsuen Wan Court on Thursday.
Road and MTR links to Lantau were suspended for around two hours following the crash in October while safety checks were carried out, making it difficult for people to get to and from the airport.
