A school accused of altering records to fast track some doctorate programmes says it has set up a committee to review its documents.
Lifelong College is run by a council member of Lingnan University, Alex Lee. In a statement, it said it would submit a report to the university and the Education Bureau after its review.
The college offers doctorate programmes in partnership with overseas universities.
The Apple Daily newspaper earlier reported that the college backdated admission records so that students could obtain an overseas doctorate within a year, instead of up to four years.
