The US has called on the mainland to investigate the death of one of its most prominent political prisoners -- Tibetan Buddhist monk Tenzin Delek Rinpoche.
He was jailed in 2002 for a bomb attack on a public park in Sichuan province -- a charge he'd always denied.
He died in prison in Chengdu on Sunday.
