James Tien queries govt's ability to govern

Liberal Party lawmaker James Tien says he's worried that the CY-Leung administration will not be able to govern in the wake of a "non-cooperative" campaign in the legislature.
Pan-democrat lawmakers have vowed to filibuster government proposals that are not urgent and irrelevant to the livelihood of the people.
Mr Tien said the government needed to address the worsening ties with pan-democrat legislators and build relations with democrats. He needed to be able to relay the view of Hong Kong people to Beijing and convey Beijing ’ s message to the HKSAR.
