Another kindergarten has been affected by the lead-tainted water scare.
A water sample taken from a boiler at Yan Chai Hospital Kwok Chi Leung Kindergarten in Sai Ying Pun was confirmed to contain lead levels 0.3 times above the World Health Organization (WHO) limit.
The Education Bureau said 122 children, who consumed water from the boiler, will be given blood tests on Saturday as a safety precaution.
This is the second kindergarten to be affected by the water contamination scandal.
Last week, a sample taken from a water boiler at the Hong Kong Christian Service Kwun Tong Nursery School was found to contain lead that was 10 times above the permitted WHO level.
However, the Department of Health said students there were not affected as the water was used only for cleaning purposes.
