A lawmaker has criticised CY Leung for not following up on pledges he made while running for chief executive post, to do more for the disabled.
Labour Party lawmaker Fernando Cheung said on Friday that Leung still has not reviewed the disability allowance, a promise he made while campaigning for the top job in 2012.
Cheung said he hopes to see an array of policies that could help ease the financial burden of disabled people in the upcoming policy address.
