A verdict on the case against Civic Party activist Ken Tsang is to be delivered on May 26.
He is charged with assaulting police officers and resisting arrest during the Occupy movement in 2014.
Tsang was accused of pouring liquid over 11 police officers who were clearing protesters from an underpass on Lung Wo Road.
He has denied one count of police assault and four of resisting arrest. The trial started on April 11.
Seven police officers accused of causing grievous bodily harm to Tsang in a separate case will go on trial in the District Court on June 1.
