Tsang Kin-ping talks to RTHK's Annemarie Evans
A patient group says the report doesn not address some of the bigger problems facing the Hospital Authority. RTHK photoA spokesman of the Hong Kong Alliance of Patients' Organisations, Tsang Kin-ping, said he was disappointed with the report of the Hospital Authority steering committee as it has ignored long term issues that affect the authority.
Mr Tsang said the steering panel has highlighted some short term issues but lacked the foresight to improve the service provided to the public.
