RTHK photo: Lydia Sung About 30 members from the Civil Human Rights Front and other concern groups have staged a protest outside the Police Headquarters demanding charge of assault against the retiring Superintendent Franklin Chu. The Independent Police Complaints Council on Wednesday upheld the original ruling.
