The police say one of its officers has lost his notebook which contained the personal information of 49 people. They are now conducting a risk assessment to see whether there is a need to report the loss to the Privacy Commissioner.
A police spokesman said they conducted a search after the constable from the Tin Shui Wai Patrol Unit reported the incident on Tuesday. The notebook has not been found.
