The Civic Passion localist group held a protest outside police headquarters in Wan Chai on Monday over the disappearance of five men linked to the Causeway Bay bookshop that sells materials that are critical of the central government.
They alleged that the five were kidnapped and detained by the central government.
Some of its members filed a complaint with the police and demanded an explanation on why they had failed to safeguard the safety of the Hong Kong people.
The group then marched to the Immigration Department headquarters a short distance away.
