Labour Party lawmaker, Lee Cheuk-yan has accused CY Leung of using his Policy Address to secure himself a second term as Chief Executive by pleasing Beijing.
Speaking on an RTHK programme following the CE's phone-in, Lee said pressing housing, livelihood and economic issues of concern to the public weren't addressed.
The legislator also said the Chief Executive’s plans to take advantage of the One Belt, One Road initiative would not benefit the Hong Kong public.
