A group of activists and student leaders, who were arrested for staging an unauthorised sit-in in Central on July 1st, have reported back to the police.
Before entering the Central Police Station, the group chanted slogans and said they would refuse to have their bail extended.
The convener of the Civil Human Rights Front, Johnson Yeung, said police should either charge them or release them unconditionally.
The group were among 500 arrested by the police who cleared them from Chater Road after they staged an overnight sit-in following the annual July 1st march.
