Gary Fan wants contractor's other works tested too

The lawmaker wants Legco to get involved in the matter. RTHK photoNeo Democrats lawmaker Gary Fan said on Thursday that he has already sent a letter to the government to conduct water tests for the construction projects that involve the contractor.

He said the recent water scare is a serious matter as hospitals are also involved.

Mr Fan also said that he has sent a letter to the Legislative Council calling for the invoking of the Powers and Privileges Ordinance to investigate the water scare, the responsibility of the contractor and the selection process of project contractor.
