Occupy protester Ken Tsang has pleaded not guilty to splashing liquid on police officers and obstructing them during a demonstration in October last year.
He will face trial in the Eastern Court on April 11 next year, on five charges of assaulting and obstructing police officers in Tamar Park.
A pre-trial hearing will be held next month and Tsang's bail has been extended.
Prosecution said nine police officers are expected to take the witness stand and about six minutes of video footage will be presented as evidence.
Seven police officers charged with beating up Tsang on the same night will face trial in the District Court in June next year.
