Macau's 400-strong Election Committee has voted in Fernando Chui as the Chief Executive of Macau. He was running for a second term uncontested.
Meanwhile, about a dozen people have staged a protest outside the election venue. They are calling for real universal suffrage to be implemented in the former Portuguese colony.
