An organiser of the Occupy Central campaign says he's confident a planned rally tomorrow evening outside the government headquarters will be peaceful.
Benny Tai said the rally, to be held a few hours after Beijing announces its decision on political reform here, would only be a start of the next phase of the civil disobedience movement.
He said that while he could not rule out that some people may take other forms of action after the meeting, he believed most participants would follow instructions and not stage a sit-in.
