The Occupy Central organisers will stage a rally outside the Chief Executive's office tonight to announce their action plans of civil disobedience movements. This will follow the National People's Congress Standing Committee's announcement of its framework on Hong Kong's political development. Earlier, one of the organisers, Benny Tai, said the rally would not be a rehearsal of occupying Central. He said they had planned successive waves of struggle. A pro-Beijing group, Defend Hong Kong campaign, will also stage a rally outside the CE's office tonight. Police have made preparation for possible chaos.
