Steering panel pulls up Hospital Authority

The steering panel presents its report. RTHK photo: Wendy WongA steering committee has urged the Hospital Authority to improve its management and better allocate its resources to tackle long-standing problems such as prolonged waiting time for patients in need of specialist services.

The panel said policies that make it difficult for medical staff working at one cluster to be transferred to another cluster hinders the best use of manpower.
