Avery Ng talks to RTHK's Richard Pyne
The League of Social Democrats has called for the government to increase its spending on the public health care system.
The party's chairman Avery Ng says waiting lists at public hospitals are too long, and the poor and elderly may have to wait for months if not years for treatment.
He also told RTHK’s Richard Pyne that they want to see the Hospital Authority's management structure reformed so more funding could be allocated to frontline staff.
