Civic Party legislator Claudia Mo has rejected media reports that her husband had received donations on her behalf before the Legislative Council election two years ago.
She produced to the media a bank statement of her deposit account at the time.
The statement was among papers she will submit to the Legislative Council's Committee on Members'
Interests which is considering whether to launch a probe into the matter.
