A hedge fund manager and a member of the Occupy Central movement, Edward Chin, said on Thursday that he was hoping to set up a new newspaper that will not bow to political pressure.
He had been a columnist for the Hong Kong Economic Journal for years but his popular column was axed this month in what some critics say was linked to his involvement in the Occupy Central movement.
